Where most people love him as a great human being, I can only think of him as a low pompous person.
I felt he stole his salary from UGA for most of his last ten years as HC. A poor work ethic, that could only be overcome when he began to feel heat. Then recruiting would improve until he felt no pressure, and then repeat.
I also don't think he retired. He quit. And look when he quit. Right after the new kids have signed there letter of intent. I hope they can get out of there commitments. Also, had he made the announcement three weeks ago, Miami could have retained Manny Diaz before he accepted his position at Temple.
Wouldn't be surprised if UM told Richt he needed to replace his son.
Richt is not a good man. He is a selfish person hiding in his religious piousness. Hope he never returns to football. Unless it's Auburn or Florida.
